Greenfield Properties was established in Petaling Jaya in August 2005, formed by seven partners who are the registered real estate agents, Mr Gan Chong Keng with ACCA qualification has 15 years experience in secondary and primary market, Mr Benny Loh Man Fong has more than 25 years of experience in the property industry. Madam Jenny Cheng Ah Chin has more than 25 years of experience in the property industry, Ms Kelly Liew Chin Ling, Mr David Tan Beng Hock, Ms Jessie Chong Pei Hei, Mr Teng Weng Keong and Ms Tan Teng Yuh all with more than 10 years experience in property market, till to date Greenfield Properties has eight licenses all together.
Greenfield Properties Head office is located in Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara and we have another two branches located at Solaris Dutamas and Bandar Sri Damansara, we provide full services real estate firm with the support of some leading financial institutions, property owners and developers with advice on strategic property development, marketing, acquisition, management and investment.
Greenfield Properties focus more in providing comprehensive real estate advice tailor to suit its clients’ property portfolios and needs. Its strength lies in its collective quest for innovative approach in meeting new standards. Greenfield Properties is currently with 110 negotiators who are young, dynamic and possess a depth of handson experience in real estate practices. Greenfield Properties also has the project marketing division which help the developers to market their product, the marketing team has vast experience in dealing with the primary market and has been very successful in their previous projects.
